How does this change impact me?
As a former member of the Dental Whale Savings Network, you are now seamlessly integrated into Synergy Dental Partners. This transition marks the beginning of unprecedented buying power for you and all members of the Synergy network. For years, Synergy has been dedicated to securing low prices and exceptional deals for dental professionals like yourself. Now, with the expanded member base from the Dental Whale Savings Network, Synergy will enjoy unmatched negotiating power and access to exclusive offers tailored to benefit your practice directly. In the immediate future we expect your discounted pricing to be as good or better than previously available.
Now that DWSN is part of Synergy, how does this affect my membership dues?
As part of our commitment to a seamless transition Synergy has agreed to honor your DWSN membership fees.
When will I be billed for my membership fees?
Synergy will maintain the same billing cycle and cadence as before.
Do I need to re-enter my billing information?
All billing information will be encrypted and transmitted from DWSN to Synergy and we anticipate that no action will be required on your part. Should you wish to change your payment method, please reach out to us.
Can I still work with my Dental Whale account manager?
Yes, the DWSN team has joined Synergy and will continue to service accounts as before. New contact information is below.

Do I need to reach out to my preferred suppliers to let them know that I am now a Synergy member?
No, Synergy will add you to its “Master Member List” which is distributed to all vendor partners. We do encourage members to identify themselves as Synergy members when speaking to vendor partners.
Do I need to set up new accounts with my vendors?
Any existing relationships will remain in place. If you are working with new vendors, you will need to set up accounts.
I was placing orders through the Dental Whale website, where do I place my orders now?
For the time being, you can continue to order as you were before. One of our team members will reach out to you soon to discuss ordering options moving forward.
